OASIS HOMELESS MINISTRY

This ministry is held October 2016 thru March 2017; 3rd Saturday each month.  Plan to sign up to go to the shelter with a group (20 folk limit), or donate baked goodies, or help prepare a hot lunch for up to 200 homeless men, women, and children.  Questions?  Speak with Pastor John. Next Oasis: December 17, meet at church 9:30am. Back by 3:30pm.

AWANA CLUBS 6:45-8:00pm

Another fun-filled, spiritual adventure each Wed. during the school yearfor PK 3-5 (Cubbies); 2nd Grade (Sparks); 3rd & 4th Grades (Ultimate Adventure); and, 5th Grade Ultimate Challenge.  Pickup a brochure at the Welcome Desk.  NEW this year...ON-LINE REGISTRATION is available!  You're already on the web page so click the "Event Registration" tab and proceed to register each child.  Commander Tracy Kent is returning to lead the Clubs.

ANGEL'S TOUCH HYMN SING

John and Sandy Kendrick will be leading this ministry to the elderly residents at Angel's Touch, W. Friendship.  It's a wonderful family outreach opportunity.  Meet at Angel's Touch.  Upcoming Sundays 2-3:00pm:  Oct. 16 . . . Nov. 20.   

COMMUNITY INVITED TO PRAY on FRIDAYS

The Prayer Ministry invites the fellowship and community to join them for intercessory prayer.  Meet at church each Friday afternoon, 12:00 - 1:00.  Pray for our nation, communities, churches, family & friends; wherever God leads you.  Questions? SUNDAY ADULT GROW GROUPS FALL 2016

Learning is for everyone!  Every 13-weeks, new adult topical studies are introduced, affording people the opportunity to meet new people and explore a topic of interest.  Studies are designed so you can join the group at any time during the semester.  Donations are requested, but not required, to help offset work book costs.  A detailed brochure is available at the Welcome Desk, or by calling the church office.  Here are the FALL topics:
